This page is for whole files. A Word document keeps heading styles if you convert the file instead of pasting through a text box. Excel should keep formulas as formulas. PowerPoint should keep text inside the shapes that already have a layout. PDFs only work when the Chinese is selectable text, not a photograph of a page.
Pick Taiwan or Hong Kong when you know the audience. Generic Traditional is a fallback. Phrase types add some regional wording; they still do not translate. After you download, open headers, sheet tabs and slide masters, then proofread names.
